問題があるようです。

文字化けを、戻すには、プログラムの追加と削除から、削除すると元に戻ります。

インストール後（FirefoxやChrome※IEは上記理由で導入は止めました。）
インストール後に、下記画面が表示されます。

 Get Startedで設定を始めます。Skip Wizardの場合は、後で設定です。

チェックを入れて　Nextで進みます。

同様にチェックを入れてNext

ブロックリストを表示します、チェックを入れてNext

ブロックリストが表示されます。

初めてなので、全チェックを入れてNext
